if laugfs holding started to sell market will panic and sell this will go to 1 lkr per share. wegapitiya know this. i thing he will recover his money by taking loans and pocketing. finally after all the loans pocketed by wegapitiya laugfs will declare bancrupcy. any one interested in laugfs please analyse there loan repayments.

No it's not a good idea.

Don't have more than a broker.

That won't happen easily. Just select a good broker. (Asia Securities is my broker)
tbh , idk clearly what will happen if they bankrupt.

I'm also agree with @ThilinaM

@kavinduTM if you good investor you need to have min 2 accounts.
1) like Thilina mention different broker give different news.
(you can call many stock research team and get idea not just your broker )

2) some brokers follow foreign investor, some local

3) if some broker suspended few hours or days then you can use other accounts

4)when u sell and buy you can add small chunk. Ex: if i need to sell or buy 10000 shares i put 2000 in to my 5 account. peoples think 5 peoples  Cool (hope u get it Smile )

disadvantage
1) you need to manage many accounts
2) less buying power

@colombo CSE - but we can keep few orders by same brokerage account???

My strategy is keep few accounts and maintain 1 excel sheet + pie chart to view all my investments and divident amounts . when a buy or sell i will manually update the excel chart

According to @ColomboCSE i am a bad investor Wink

1) Actually don't trust brokers they don't need us to be succeeded. But they want us to manipulate their shares.

2) No need

3) That's a rare incident

4) I didn't get that. There are only prices and bid qty or ask qty. Even when we cant see any name or a code of a buyer. Explain that.

Managing 2 accounts is sick.Just a waste of time. At least it's okay if there are 2 people to handle it, like 2 brothers or father and a son..whatever.

However it's your choice. It is up to u.

My theory of analysing company trustfull managemnt is giving cash back by consistent divident
after u recovered all your money in 9% divident in 8 years or( less by reinvesting divident )you can trust
the company managemnt
