So why trad like this .definitely 100 + 150; 300 long termly .

With Super Sep. this share is going to pass its fourth price limit.....

But that not Rs.150/- level.......

This share can pass Rs.150/- level also, but it need time .....

So, be carefull with your portfolio, if you can keep it for long time pls do soooooo....

But if you want to book your profit periodically,,,,then watch and sell it......

This will come down little when it reach the fourth price limit....

Most probably 120-130 range as only one month to finish this quarter. Before finishing the quarter they will announce 420 million funds utilization plans.
Quarterly report will shoelw land disposal gain plus operation Earnings so most probably will post 28-30 rupees quarterly EPS.

So selling pressure will minimum so definitely prices can adjust accordingly.
HEXP will never give us a loss so keeping 1000-2000 will be a sure gain.
It has 95-98 resistance in case if it brakes next level 112 plus.

I am pointing the same thing from the beginning, HEXP Asset revaluation and disposal is one off action, if they included in EPS calculation this will increase the particular year’s EPS value but next year there will be depth fall in EPS value.
Any prudent concept following Accountant won’t include this disposal in EPS calculation rather they will show this in separate, further this is not HEXP operational income or Profit mere disposal of asset.
Some are deliberately include this in EPS calculation to mislead others to push on their boss’s trap.

HEXP is not the one and only share trading at CSE, HEXP is one of the shares trading at CSE.

Madam, let see how these EPS is going to calculate.
Forget land disposal gain which is going to reflect in this quarter.
(Forget this quarter EPS)
As per the current trend HEXP can earn 2.50 -3.00 rupee operation EPS quarterly. Due to land disposal they got Rs.420 million cash.
If they deposit this 420 million @10%
Interest income will be RS.42 million per annum
So Interest income per share 42 million /8 million HEXP issued shares
RS.5.25 per annum.
Let see by quarterly. ,RS.1.31
So total EPS per December quarter onwards minimum (rs3 .00 + 1.31)
It's Rs.4.31

Then annual EPS 4.31 X 4 =Rs.17.24

HEXP is good diidend payout , so we can expect 5-10 Rupee from HEXP easily.
This is minimum growth but new developments will increase HEXP profit then 25-30 EPS is possible.

This casino guru failed to calculate the capital gain tax impact on disposal of Asset and interest gain/ income, paying big amount of divided is not prudent concept rather than diversifying the investment , This casino guru’s prediction is similar to nursery going baby book’s Milk maid story

I don't think it will apply, even its not more than 5% from total net gain. And there is a less tax rate for the corporate entities. (Still this is in ptoposal level).
So what else you have?

PE = 19.87 (nearly 20)

Last two days strong collection was done with HEXP.
Some one collected strategically from last month end to this month end with a well plan.
Only 30 days to end this quarter so there will be a nice ahonuncement possible to come with HEXP.
HEXP is one of the lowest issued shares so a big chance is there to share split.
HEXP new asset value will be above 90/- rupees with this land disposal too.
HEXP this time trading pattern is very strong as we are in a high turn over market at the moment.
I'm sue this time it will break it's 100 / barrier.

The latest jargon are impending asset revaluation, asset disposal & deals. This started with EMER. Have we forgotten.

Invest wisely on fundamentally strong stocks which are supported with valid reasons justifying its intrinsic value.

Agree with you Samaritan. High degree of speculative trading is going to kill the speculator at some point in time. Little bit of speculation based on fundamental backing is always advisable. Unfortunately some members are polluting this forum with over speculation & manipulation at the expense of helpless retailors.

Well said, Teller on the forefront in manipulation and riding on others back, Harinsilva23 already caught Tellers tail and dragging on, he bought 4000 QTY of HEXP because of this supporting Teller to trap others in HEXP to be the same fate
