අර්බුදයට ලක්ව තිබෙන මෙරට මූල්‍ය සමාගමක් වන සෙන්ට්‍රල් ඉන්වෙස්ට්මන්ට්ස් ඇන්ඩ් ෆිනෑන්ස් පීඑල්සී (CIFL) සමාගම මුළුමනින්ම මිල දී ගැනීම සඳහා ජර්මනියේ Vandell Financial Services SA හි නියෝජිතයින් පිරිසක් මෙරටට පැමිණි බව CIFL හි විධායක නොවන අධ්‍යක්ෂවරයෙකු වන ලක්ෂ්මන් රූපසිංහ විසින් කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළෙඳපොළ වෙත දැනුම් දී තිබේ.
මෙම නිවේදනයට අනුව අදාළ ජර්මානු නියෝජිත පිරිස ජනාධිපති මෛත්‍රීපාල සිරිසේන හා මුදල් ඇමති රවී කරුණානායක ඇතුළු මෙරට ප්‍රධාන පෙළේ පුද්ගලයින් කිහිප දෙනෙකුම හමුවී තිබේ.
මෙම ජර්මන් නියෝජිත පිරිස, හිටපු ජර්මාන් පාර්ලිමේන්තු සභිකයින් වූ Joachim Spatz හා Hekga Gabriele Molitor, නීතිඥ Volker Fehrensen, ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ජන්මලාභී මූල්‍ය උපදේශකවරයෙකු වන Prince David Yogeesen හා මූල්‍ය වෘත්තිකයෙකු වන Abdul Cader Mohamed Ibrahim යන අයගෙන් සමන්විත වී ඇත.
අවසාන වරට CIFL සමාගම මූල්‍ය ප්‍රකාශනයක් පිළියෙල කර ඇත්තේ 2014 මාර්තු 31 න් අවසන් වර්ෂය වෙනුවෙනි. එහි දැක්වෙන අන්දමට අදාළ වසර තුළ දී සමාගම රුපියල් බිලියන 4 ඉක්ම වූ අලාභයක් වාර්තා කර තිබේ. එමෙන්ම රුපියල් බිලියන 3.5 ඉක්ම වූ මුදලක් තැන්පතුකරුවන් වෙනුවෙන් ගෙවීමට නියමිතව තිබෙන බව එහි සඳහන් වේ.
කෙසේ වෙතත් අදාළ මූල්‍ය ප්‍රකාශනය පිළිබඳ ස්වාධීන විගණන වාර්තාවක් ඉදිරිපත් කරමින්, KPMG වරලත් ගණකාධිකාරී සමාගම කියා සිටින්නේ CIFL සමාගමේ ගිණුම් තැබීම් ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ ගිණුම්කරණ ප්‍රමිත හා සංකල්පවලට අනුකූල නොවන බවයි. එසේම එහි දෝෂ ගණනාවක් අනාවරණය කිරීමට විගණන සමාගම පියවර ගෙන තිබේ. මෙම සම්පූර්ණ මූල්‍ය ප්‍රකාශය පහතින් කියවිය හැකිය.

මෙම නිවේදනයත් සමඟම අද දිනයේ දී CIFL සමාගමේ කොටස් මිල අද මධ්‍යහ්නය වන විට 35.71% කින් ඉහළ ගොස් තිබිණි. ඊයේ (22) දිනය අවසානයේ දී රු. 1.40 ක් ලෙසින් වාර්තා වූ එහි කොටසක මිල අද (23) මධ්‍යහ්නය වන විට රු. 1.90 දක්වා ඉහළ ගොස් තිබිණි.
ආරංචි මාර්ග සඳහන් කරනුයේ අදාළ ජර්මානු සමාගම රුපියල් බිලියන 5 ක මුදලක් සමාගම වෙත ආයෝජනය කිරීමට සූදානම් බවයි.
