We should not talk about the impact to net asset value bbecause of this loss . Some one want to show it for misleading . We should talk about itss Eps and cash flow issue , and the time line it can continue . As jkh overheads are more , its really difficult to manage its cashflow . Especially exposure to hotels and tourism related still not having a clear picture

They have had positive cashflow even in June qtr, and the IFC US$ 175Mn was given after the Jun qtr. They have more than enough cashflows

When Teller want to discourage he used to tell stories. If cash flow problem is there, how they pay 600mn dividend. He doesn't know how to check the cash flow problem in CFS

Teller, why do you emphasize hotels and tourism only in JKH? If you are honest why don't you get the overall picture of JKH, all the business they are doing, and point out + / - in each section? Personally, I'm happy to see even 0.5 rupee dividend they have paid given that is the first interim. We've seen how JKH impacted over the past few years due to political issues running in the country. But investors are seeing the value of this share. If you are seeing something that ordinary ppl can't see, please show it clear with facts. Thanks.

Im talking about the operating cash flow here. Taking loans and paying dividend is against the concept . Who knows they want to maintain the share price and go for another right issue. Its a peanut 0.50 cents companies like JKH . Based on its assets based JKH has achieved very poor performance. In this situation fundemental value below to 100/- , this is the reason i didnt recommend jkh in recent past. You can refer my old posts

This is true. I have referred your previous explanations too, those posts are not justifying the fact that JKH should trade under 100. When thinking about the world economic situation and he JKH has performed, still JKH is undervalued as per my view. True, they have losses, I agree that 0.5 profit share is a peanut and the fact that paying a dividend and taking loans rhyme together. But when going through the JKH business perspective one can be anticipated this share will be appreciated to 150 levels in 2021 first quarter easily.

I am not against to JKH in long term . Of course it can give 100-200% return in long . But i against in short term CMP. Here so many members upgraded its value 140-160 as a sooner target . But how is it practical . Thats my question .GL

I see that makes sense.

But I really doubt your "value is under 100 theory". True it went down to 80s once, its purely based on the stupidity of the people.

Thanks for sharing. Will you be able to analyze in detail and provide a clear picture of JKH business on diversified sectors and make a prediction when investors could see this giant to be in his feet again? Question

is there a difference in between 140-160/= mentioned by those members and 80/= mentioned by you.

JKH lost is partly due to retail sector which was directly impacted by lock down. In my opinion June will be their worst quarter.

when they lost LMS IN 2009/2008 ON court ruling it was down to 55-65. did't take long to recover .IN CSE bull run without JKH ,I never herd of.
