C is given when there was a crossing - arranged buy and sell a big parcel between two parties.

I think you are referring Warrants denoted by W such as
NTB-W0002 or JKH-W0022

Warrants are rights with longer lifetime .
A right is given to existing shareholders as a benefit to buy some more shares below market price in proportionate to their holding.

If the share is trading @ 50 a company may issue some new shares to existing shareholders below 50, say 35/- at a proportion of 1 new share for 4 shares he own.
As such the existing shareholder is benefited.
Those new shares are called rights if they assign a price to them. Rights become normal shares when the owner pay assigned price to the company before end date of issue.( 35/- in above example)
Rights can be traded in stock market until the closing date of the issue.
If the company issued them free of charge they are called bonus shares and they are naturally added to each shareholder.

Sometimes, to stimulate the shareholders to buy those rights or as per their cash-flow requirements they give additional kind of rights called warrants linked to the original rights. Somehow, warrants are not given freely to the existing shareholders. They are given only to the persons who paid to convert their rights into normal shares .

Hence, as in above example they may declare 1 new share -right- for 4 existing and 1 warrant for 2 subscribed rights.
If a shareholder has 400 shares he gets 100 rights.
He has to pay 35/- x 100 = 3500/-. If he bought all the rights he was entitled, then he will receive documents for 50 warrants (1 : 2 ) by post , free of charge .

Warrants are also assigned with a price , future date of converting and date of expiry. They are issued always with longer time period than the right.
Warrant holder has to pay the given price to the company at given period of time to convert it to a normal share.
If not they become dead. Warrants also can be traded in stock market.
