I need some legal advice on renting a building. I have a building and hoping to rent this for some time. Can you please enlighten me on the types of legal agreements I can go for in our country and the differences. I am thinking of having an initial agreement for two years. If I go for a lease agreement as opposed to a rent agreement is there any legal advatage I have in aquiring the property back from the tennant after the agreement period.
And also the flexibility of raising the rent during the agreement period w.r.t these options.
