Rights issue @Rs2.50 for a share of Rs 13 trading on a PE of only 2.
Those who buy the share even at Rs 15, the theoretical XR price would be only Rs 8.75 . If the share trades even at Rs 11 after the Rights issue you will still make a gain of over 25%

And also dont forget that the Rights could even trade at over Rs 10/=
