Basel iii requirement of capital 8.5% from assets , group need more capital owner will convert their warrents for sure 16 rupees eac, . And also will be a right issue or another thing reserves into capital or profits into capital. Thats the thing i can understand

May be if i am the owner i have the majority market price 13.3 i must pay 16 + 0.30(already paid) why should i leave shares in market lower than that. So something should happen to share for justification to me . That justice we can see
