There are wide spread speculation that Chinese government’s proxies are behind the CSE/ Market pumping, although the dollar reached all time low Rs.177.
CSE transaction is very negligible & controlled in the case of any outside government sponsored funding with political motivation

MR is expecting to get more than 120, then there will be a stable govt. In the event of budget getting defeated the parliament will be dissolved and a General election will be held which is preferred by his camp as they could get an overwhelming clear majority in the new parliament after elections.

So, either way MR+MS will form a stable govt and hence the bull market is bound to continue b'cos the usual pre-election uncertainty will not be there.

Hopefully they will bring back Dr.Nalaka Godahewa to take charge of SEC/CSE. According to MR they are not going to repeat the past mistakes and we all can see a prosperous nation. Anyway in my opinion it may take some time to undo the damages caused by the yahapalanaya govt owing to mismanagement of the economy and the corruption that prevailed at all levels in the govt.
Let's hope for the best!
