The Supreme Court has issued a stay order temporarily suspending the Gazette notification issued by the President on the dissolution of Parliament.

The interim order has been issued effective until December 18.

The plan was clear, Ranil was the prime minister, he planned to kill Sirisena and become president, under the 19th amendment everybody thought presidential powers reduced, but what actually happened is increase of executive powers, here even the supreme court didnt see this because this clause was not presented to court before passing in parliament, now the ambuiguity is so much that even supreme court can not give verdict, if a verdict given , this will set precedence and all the other verdicts will follow this, in that case a president can dissolve parliament twice a month, the 19th amendemnt brought by jadapalana put entire country in anarchy, here ultimate aim was ranil to remain in power being immortal

Now plan is clear, Anti-Corruption Force Operations Director Namal Kumara today said that he would contest at the upcoming Parliamentary Election as the Sri Lanka Podu Jana Peramuna (SLPP) ticket, who the one is revealed the assassination plot story.

Third trump is even after losing majority in parliament forcefully stay and create chaos in the country and imply SC ruling is the reason for the situation thereby emotionally influence the SC judges on upcoming verdict

To conduct the referendum, The government has not the majority in parliament to get the over helm parliament members support. one or two member of parliament or group of parliament member can't conduct the referendum.
Under  19A constitutional amendment President can't do so.
