Anyone of you know about Alhp, problem, they are going to be eliminated from the CSE list if they don't submit the report before 10th December and then what happens to the Share Holders?

Comment please...

Don't panic !
Just keep watching the share if you have already purchased it.

As said in the Enforcement Notice, ALHP company must submit the 2018 Annual Report to the CSE by 10th of December, otherwise they will suspend the trading of the share.
Anyhow it doesn't mean that share-holders will lose their shares.

It is one of the responsibilities of the Directors to submit the reports in time but for some reason they have not done it yet!

This news is a good opportunity for SOMAP Int., to collect some more shares below 1.30.
I think, Mr. Asanga would do the same.

Keep watching market but don't just sell your shares at a loss.

Also there are some other ALHP related topic threads going on in this forum , so please read them as well.
Specially read the comments from 'ruwan326' and 'wisdow79'. They will put completely opposite thoughts but good to read their views.   Very Happy Very Happy

ALHP has passed its hardest time, before the deal, and they managed to handle all well when they are weak and helpless. Now they have much money in hand and SOMAP is ready to spend more money any time they need. SO nobody will collect a honey comb to such hand but the huney. This is only a small news to ALHP. They tried to buy their shares at 1.30 but they could not buy what they wanted. So they have money and SOMAP needs to raise the price of the share and collect more and more. Then they will have much value.

ANILANA group is a property value over 4b when it was in 2013 and now they have a good value of it.

Many people are waiting to buy at low price and you could see over 1b at 1.20 before the offer.

Asanga is clever at managing any matter regarding ANILANA. He will not sell out his shares and even top 20 list members are holding their shares although they bought above 5.00.

ANILANA was very busy last few days because of there deal with SOMAP. They settled their outstanding loans and they are managing it well with the new management.

Most of the broker companies are not interested in ANILANA because ASANGA did not care anyone during his bad time..

Many SRI Lankan buyers tried to buy ALHP but he did not sell it. They did all with SOMAP. SOMAP is a big company and they will never get any loss with their deals. It gets only profit.

ANILANA is only a small company to them and they can buy whole at any time.

So wait a few days and they will submit their report before the date. If you sell at loss, even i am waiting to buy ANILANA.

ASANGA is waiting to buy what he sold and they know that there are not many shares on market. According to my calculation, there are only 6m shares wth retailers and they buy and sell it.

ALL the others are in big hands. Now is the best time to buy becuase people are panic on this useless report news.

Good luck to all!!!!

Buy and hold until the best moment, you can sell ALHP above 3.00 easily.

ALL THE BEST!!!!!!

Anilana has submitted the "Annual Report 2017-2018 " today, and it is now available on the CSE website.

I never did promote ANILANA. Only think i wanted to introduce that it has much properties than in the reports.

They have many lands and plans to spread their hospitality around the country.

You can check the share holders list and they have bought ANILANA above 10 and they never wish to sell off their shares.

It was a loss company and they will make their short comings and try to collect more shares from the market. They have to manage it well. It is a hotel group.

Somap has money and they will make it much profitable soon. Next interim report will show the profit. Now their loss is over.

Have a nice future with Somap.

Good luck!!!!
