Any thoughts on how Kapi will continue?  My assessment is that it's true value is well under 7...  NAV claimed around 26 is from unaudited accounts so the true picture could be much worse and the short term prospects remain that the govt has no money to pay for work done or won't pay on time.  So the question is whether the recent 10 to nearly 20 rise is hype or a dead cat bounce...  Caution seems best as a slide down looks inevitable again but where is a safe rock bottom price, below 10?
