how can you define public float? you mean only institutional investors rather than retailers.
I meant that possibility have sell some of the shares meet the obligation of public float. not the whole of the shares. they have to find local or foreign investors. it is not easier with this situation. DIST Co. not yet finds investors. but, you found the investors.
Anyhow,
I wish you, DIST meet the obligation of minimum public float as you expected. bom

CSE works in opposite direction. Negative outcome shares going up, positive income shares coming down 😄 it’s collection at low and profit taking effect

Today we can see some BULL attacks to DIST. May be price can go up soon.
MELS already passed Rs.65/-
But, DIST stay 22 - 24 range for long period. It also can move at any unexpected time like AEL.
Q1 during Covid quarter EPS 0.21.
But, Q2 EEPS 0.57.
Q3 can be better during December festival season.
Any how, DIST is a strong company and with the increase of ASI to new higher of 8000, this price also should adjust.
