So far no one had a loss with HExp(capital gain plus dividend), it must be traded above based on CMP, as you are educated lady , price resistance can arise due to sevaral factors ,of course Pesteel. Based on earning HEXP must be in 3 digits but not to do so due to dull market. When it comes to AFSL, i agree AfSL totally reversed. Im not a god to predict 100% , Afsl is very extraordinary scenario here, they manipulated financials and cheat investors, on the other had joind together with stupid investors . Finally they got lost. Remember our calculations based on historical earnings. Current trend and peer to peer earnings. Disposable income as well as growth of the GDPs, favorable unfavorable factors against industries may divert for a reversals. some times auditors reports are bios Countryies like sri lanka.

What is PESTEEL? you mean PESTEL effects? every time you are writing PESTEL as PESTEEL.
These are Macro Economical factors, PESTEL stands for
P-Political
E-Economic
S-Social
T-Technological
E-Environmental
L-Legal
These PESTEL factors are always influencing all the CSE listed shares,
After promoting one share to the its extreme level, then for adverse effect, you are blaming on PESTEL effects.
Let me tell how justifiable this? Is that the reason you are writing as PESTEEL often? Or without knowing the meaning and spelling?

Some of your questions doesnt have a base and answering them is a wastimg of time. Like HEXP ,you always justfied HEXP doesnt have value above 60- , and away from it. Finally so many innocent investors sold but price touched to 3 levels. Remember here we discuss the potential of the opportunity ,just a prediction . We always try to for the prediction to be justfied by using innovative analytical skills /systematic ways. Personally i believe how the data inputs retrun as information based on these data set.

Hmm a usual Teller and Sangeetha discussion. This time subject matter is DPL. Good that I have seen this now and DPL is at 6 levels. For my small mind I can see something is behind the curtains for DPL may be showing the younger sister to give you the elder or someone has speculating.

Further if I write a little bit on HEXP people bloated it too much more than its emerging value could deliver but finally like at the end of a storm HEXP settled around its new found NAV. If you look at historical trading stats HEXP was trading always around its NAV.

Some good demand was there for DPL as well today @ 6/-. Technically the stock is about to move higher.

Those days in 2009-2010, GREG family saga together with DPL was there, It was a paradise to traders. Finally all were blasted and these have become leg broken horses. Now again this time only i see good upturn in DPL.

Anyway well predicted teller, it was q good one.

My system value is 6.80 but thats based on so many factors but historical.
Some times insider people knows like directors in current business trend. I dont have much info about them and their behaviours. I always trust buy low based on my calculations. It doest mean i sell when it reaches to my target also. But most probably i dont buy in high prices. I stick on my decipline and decisions. Touching high prices mostly involve with a high risk. Finally its your capacities. For new comers i strongly advice not to touches.

For more than one week heavily traded counter, now price also inflated, mostly temporary holders were bought on speculation and they have to sell.

DPL any time turn into or subject to PV inners bullish and PESTEEL (PESTEL) effects
