GLAS N continuously recorded profit. Teller especially highlighted GLAS co. debt component. Most of Co.s maintained debt capital. GLAS has the ability to pay debt due to the profit-making company.
in CSE, so many comapny have done the right issue to settle debt. GLAS every time to expand their business. check cash flows, how many years invest in capital expenditure.

so many loss-making companies have in CSE, they never criticize such companies.
In simply, when they miss an opportunity, they underestimate that shares even make a profit and misrepresent people

GLAS indian owner is in trouble . Glass has huge debt exceeds 1.8 billion thats why they sell it. As he is in a hard situation ,he may dispose his quantity below 4 also possible .

The deal will be finalized above NAV (Rs.4.92 as @ 31.03.2020) of GLASS. did you read newspaper articles? Piramal clearly mentioned in articles, he wants to premium on market value.

How can you justify GLAS deal should trade-in bellow Rs. 4.00?? even GLAS NAV Rs. 4.92
do you have evidence for GLAS dispose of bellow 4.00.

I'm not a expert as teller.
But he total liabilities has decreased in 2019/20 compared to previous year. Last year company increased capacity and profits increased and paid a good dividend.
Indian owner is Piramal group. NEws says he wants to invest more in pharma as the reason for selling. Even if they have a cash problem it cannot affect a well performing subsidiary.
Just like SOftlogic insurance doing great inside debt ridden softlogic group.

None of the arguments raised by experts on this share seems logical to me. May be there is something an average person doesn't know. Smile

Teller has a different perspective from an investor’s point of view. What he meant by above remark might be that there are other shares where we can get above 30% return with lesser risk.

Under the current context however, i think there is a an opportunity make a considerable capital gain in this share in a shorter time period.

@eranga87,Read english property , He may dispose means , its 50:50, i also have this share @2.80 , if it will go high, im the one like it the most . Net assets values can be manipulated easily. There is no theory in the world , disposals should be above or equal to Net asset values . Buyers always try to get a parcel at best price . Seller never telles that they sell due to issues . He will highlight some thing . Because he wants to dump some one .
Example - the same way one of my friends sells his house , due to personal debt . But he says in the advertisement due to migration to Australia . Hahha i know he never leave from sri lanka . These are the strategies of sellers. But i got the insider info the reason they sell is the margin and high level of debt exfeeds 1.8 bilion. Even the business runs at a margin , its not worthy to indian investor because he can get much more payback ,IRR in indian market . Imagine why Dhamika / harry is not entering to business , because they know outsourcing is better compare to manufacturing the bottles . Currently the food graded plastics gives huge pressure to glass bottles .

Employees Trust Fund- ETF bought GLAS N 5,441,719 shares in June 2020 and increased no. of shares up to 9,221,975. EPF has already invested in GLAS and hold 90,317,140 no. of shares. the current market price is very attractive. can hope again govt. fund investment in GLAS.

GLAS still didnt move with this positive market sentiments. good things are going to happen"
