All our friends are so positive about GLAS. Let's see,

6M EPS-0.18 (Annualised 0.18*2=0.36 per share)
NAV = 3.54
M/Price = 4.40

Industry P/E =17
GLAS P/E =12.22

Yes there is bit of hope.

Technical view
but the earnings are same as last quarter earnings.So there is no momentum from the earnings side to give a true boost to the stock.

But in the next QTR they will show bit of improvement in earnings due to the reduction of the electricity prices.

In my view i will not go for GLAS as yet unless the get some support from the budget.Due to the simple reason of opportunity cost of holding on to it.
