Really believe that the deal will not be less than $1 bn. Observed closely, a very good plan was to collect the shares 8.90 to 9 today by dumping very less qty at 8.90 to 9 and collect from panic sellers at the down trend market for few hours today..
Very good plan.

As per the working, it can be sais, GLAS is an investment in first 5 best opportunities in the market.

You can see it at a double digit price by very short time ..

Rich people collected bill at floor price and settled down. After few weeks, they selected present time to increase the price including other related shares. No meaning to invest in BiL. Because finally it will be a bil for us to pay..

First resistance level would be between Rs.11.80 to Rs.12. But, it can go further with a huge buying pressure towards to Rs.15, bcz there are enough reasons for that.

GLAS 3rd qtr financial on the way. this time also delivers brilliant performance. players are coming to collect before the end of December. since 1st of January, Govt. ban plastic and will be benefited to GLAS.
positive news on the way including dividend also. as I earlier highlighted, GLAS no more Indian Co. It's USA and definitely they will buyback shares with higher premium. because of, they 100% acquired (India & USA) entire GLAS holdings except Sri Lanka (56%). cheers

To get at least 10/- per a SL share, Indian parent should give SL 51.2 Million USD out of 800M.
Still final settlement not reached by Blackstone and Piarmal

This USD800M+150M thing was revealed on December 03rd.
Final lap not reached even today
