my analysis from out side is like below

NAV canot be sure - Sola panels technology will be outdated and we dont know purchase price of solas are extreamly high went to wegapitiya pocket may be (50% possiblity since thease people are born robbers)

Big initial divident - May be to trick new investors

Laugfs culture i think is getting big loans and stealing that loan to wega and CEO pockets
they know this business canot be profited since huge interest payments. they want to pocket the loans and exit laugfs gas.

I called lagal dept of laugfs and they acted very secreatly and they try to aviod me. the employees laugfs support 100% to the curruption of laugfs

Most of laugfs head office employees are not available at office (its like gvt companys) they put finger and go home or like that . specially leagal dept all people paid pin padi . they are always practicing at couts getting pin padi

dont trust this managemnt

if you ot sure above please call laugfs gas head office . they will teat small investors as trash from the reception onwards. HR dept head have informed to lagal dept and reception to not to talk small investors. buy laugfs share is burning your money instantly to please lazy employees and some set of robbers

@Teller - B own teejay and they take teejay proft by pushing there costs to teejay.
B do not want profits from teejay and B make the profit it self. teejay do not have pricing independence from B.
B will take all and give teejay the little bit. teejay is comapny to service B and innocent minor investors will suffer

what do you think about my above comment on teejay ???
I personaly know teejay boss will call B boss as sir.
Teejay boss is B boss puppet.

I normally call directly to companys when i have issues with stock splits etc.
My worst expirience is with laugfs and RHL .

RHL i think same story lazy managemnt and directors will get there profit share may be by illegal means. ex director owned land rent etc director salary.
also they trade shares and gain profits from being in other side. very shitty managemnt.
RHL accountant 9 month ago ask me do you know who am i.. RHL basterds employees do not know how to treat small sh . they rape small SH and lick the ass off Renuka rajaiyah and family Clan

@npgslnawa - tejaay is not a bad company but its a service company for srilanka largest apparel manufacturers and they own teejay. thease manufacturers take illegal advantage from teejay and teejay will have limited bargaining power and profit potential. even with thease influece teejay is going a succefull journy. any way if teejay could make huge profits they will be transfered to those large apparel manufacturers in henious fradulent ways.

Example - not charging fabric transport cost for those big manufacturers. not give a chance to negotiate fabric prices between those large manufactureres .

teejay NAV around 20 growth 20% eps annualised may be 5max in 2020 3 31.
teejay will have good growth rate in future. but teejay fabric quality is bad.
giving more than 30 rs for teejay is risky
