RCL is one of my favourite company but this COVID 19 situation I did not touch RCL,
for me I have looking "cash flow for owners" basically how much cash we can get out for investment.

like @xhunter mention his post most of cash they need to sell Inventory i'm not sure 2020 it will happens...

It all depends how the economy recovers. Basically till the import restrictions are on, every tile sold in Sri Lanka will go through RCL books. (As long as the already imported stock before COVID is gone)

No .this company will have temporary stock aggregation and cash problems .this issue will be over with low interest loans from banks like 4% ....etc.
Believe this share will be given 100% within 2 to 3 years .

They don't want 4% or 1% loan...their are very strong ....You can see it coming days....

exactly , they are in a very strong position comparing to previous year.
if these statements are correct, their performed exceptionally well in last year.
just check the retained earnings comparing to previous year.

Great volume and great run higher. Closed at 94. Amazing to think there were basically no buyers when this was around 60-65

Some brokers have recommended this share fair value as 120 RS and my target price is also in short to medium term120.

RCL is value for money. NAV over 200. EPS around 20. Good dividend track record. Historticaly traded around 120-130 but when NAV was around 150. Now with the import restriction on Tiles, company is positioned get extremely good results this year onwards. My target is minimum 150 one year from now.

Short term - within 3- 6 months should be 120/= to 130/=.

I have invested sizable % of my portfolio on this stock based on my analysis as this stock.
