I guess both above issues have been faced by the Company for few years now and they have found better ways of managing it. Now they seem to produce tiles in India cutting cost and also getting the benefit of import tax reduction done by current Govt. ROCELL is a high end brand and dont think they face a major threat from Chinese Tiles.
Their reports indicate sustained growth also during this tough period with construction sector slow down. When sector picks up, which is a matter of time, RCL should be booming..Till then you can buy and hold as they give you better dividends than savings..Few shares have all these features..But like to see opposite views if any...
