Jay-Jay wrote:There are four events to consider when forecasting the COLO future as follows,
* COLO to acquire " United Motors " as rumors says.
** COLO hasnt done a revaluation on their land for the last 7 years .
*** Strong investment portfolio.
**** Long awaited proposed mixed development in their Union Place land.
1) UML deal . - NAV of COLO will rise to Rs 350/- to Rs 400/-
2) Revaluation of land - NAV will rise to Rs 500/- to Rs 600/-
3) Appreciation of the investment portfolio - NAV will be around Rs 700 - Rs 800/-
4) Mixed development - NAV will rise to Rs 1000/ to Rs 1200/-
Hence it is obvious that COLO will trade in a very higher price in coming few months .
PHAR share is the example. PHAR was trading around Rs 60- 70 and shot upto Rs 3000/- once .
Same possibility is with the COLO share , and my view is COLO is far better than PHAR .

Yes but not when going for a turn back.
Applicable when a company is having earnings continuously.
Watch NAV behavior for last 2,3 years.
