But to my dismay the problem remains and i keep on calling 1212 and lodge complaints on a regular basis and the response is same. At the same time they send me vouchers requesting to introduce friends to get fiber connection to be eligible for discount in my bill without rectifying my complaints. Even a request to migrate to fiber for my already existing connection in the belief that i could overcome my problem fell on deaf years leaving me to continue with the agony of watching a distorted transmission every now & then.
Even when i requested to speak to an higher level officer they do not grant an opportunity. This disgusting, shameful behaviour by SLT was unheard of in the distant past. There service standard has gone down to an highly deplorable level.
Hope this draws the attention of RTE (Havelock Town) Exchange of SLT under whose purview my area comes under.
Hoping to shift to Dialog connection which i believe would offer a better service.
