Prabath It is for long term investors . Although it's not our picks, these counters can give great returns long term with less risk and hence with less pressure on head.

True, CSE should make some regulations to this effect. At least 1/3 of profits should be distributed.. (Only Company i noted that there is a written policy on this is TJL, who have made it manadatory to pay off 1/3)

100% agree with you. See HDFC highly undervalued. minority shareholders get nothing if the company doesn't pay a dividend . Major shareholders can consolidate the performance of the subsidiary. This is why companies are undervalued and don't have minimum public holding

Just look at RENU. It has more than Rs 500 cash per share but will only 1% approx as dividend. If we could all pool in and by the 7m shares at Rs 240 - 250 we could liquidate and get the cash Very Happy

Dont do the valuation based on the Net asset value for a share. There is a formula along with cashfolw. Thats scientific formula says nearly 80% companies are over value in CSE

Ok per year there is 14.9 rs minus cash difference PER SHARE but NP ratio is 9.7% and revenue will grow in 8% rate

31499 mn will grow to may be 34000 and np 3149 to 3400mn 2.2lkr per share will recover.

but economy is freezed. there is huge upside potential. teller is telling truth but RCL is will be valued high when CF problems settled.
