Pabc struggle with regulatery issues and ban of the primary dealing of bonds. As they have to collect some funds debentures or bonds, of course highest interest expense will arise. No chance even 13

ban for primary dealing of bonds will be ended in this february and won't be extended again i guess. That was such a private revenge isn't it?

But they are getting more profits with the tax cuts and last month also there was opned a new branch. My hope they will win over those issues , so i see this as a good investment.

Its upto people to buy or not.

@hammurabi wrote:*Collect SPEN as much as possible. The NAV is at 120. MPS is moving between 43-45. I notice that Hari is making big moves; he has acquired almost 10% of JKH. I expect a major tourism promotion this year. If things go well SPEN could move above 80, to its original price.
**Collect RCL at current price level. RCL is owning the whole Tile industry, and what I believe is, someday, Rocell will have a good share in the international market. Because its subsidiaries are producing a great variety of products, targeting middle class and the top class with premium tiles. And even at MPS 80, its much much undervalued.
***Collect OSEA. One of the least risky shares. Current MPS so much below from what it should be. Real estate will again see a big boom. And the value of Overseas Realty will keep increasing continuously. And It a regular dividend payer. Rs.1.5 expected in February.
****Invest a portion in PLC (Peoples' Leasing and Finance). PLC is the No.1 Non-Banking Financial Institution in Sri Lanka. And it is the least riskiest in the whole industry. It earns a very good deal of profit every year and Its a regular and stable dividend payer. If the market matures, I expect this to be trading at atleast 28.
*****ABL is close to it lifetime lowest. Though its small bank compared to COMB, SAMP, its the pioneer and No.1 Islamic finance institution in Sri Lanka. It has got is own customer base. Not a Monopoly, But definitely MONOPOLISTIC. And when we look at the financial performance, Its has the most stable performance in the banking industry since its establishment (Refer annual statements). And the major holder of ABL is based in Jeddah, A 150 Billion Dollar Company (10 times larger than the Market capitalization of CSE Short Term Targets - Page 2 Icon_lol ). its going cheap these days, Collect and make a 100% return when the market booms.
******Do Not Buy for short-term trading. Hold for atleast a year. I believe most of us can make atleast a 100% return, If they don't sell cheap.

Happy Trading Guys!

Very Good Collection.. But some doubts about ABL as it never runs..(Not because of value)

But i think virus is the fact. Sudden downtrend with a daily percentage of -1%
Even when same happening with all major share markets in the world.

Yeah maybe you are correct. but that's my opinion.

Hi Kipling.
Nah actually we are in a good point. i have 0% worry about CSE at this point.
It is highly undervalued market. And we can expect much from this gov. will see.
This virus case is unexpected disaster. Not only for CSE. Challenge for the whole world.

Thanks. But it's price is continuously decreasing since long time

Maximum price of the quarter
201916.8016.1016.40
201818.8018.0017.0017.10
201721.0021.8019.9018.60
201623.8026.1020.7021.10

Minimum price of the quarter
201915.5014.2014.90
201817.0015.5015.3015.50
201719.2019.4017.3016.80
201622.3021.6020.0019.30

I have no idea about the last quarter because I joined with CSE very recently.

My idea is it won't pass 16.50

However it has a good dividend rate.

Yeah @liyanaarachchi. Your point is correct. But watch what happened 2010 - 2015 period and what happened 2015 - 2020 periods. Downtrend started 2015.

EPS,NAV, PE ratios all are satisfying. And this will be a good investment. According to my view, Now it is a good time to enter.

Also technically it shows a good buy around 15.50/=
Also good dividend rate.

We can hope more than 1.25/= dividend this time.

This company has a good future. 17-18/= levels are expected in near future.

Yes . If you buy OSEA @ 15.50/= , it will show the B.E.S price like 15.70. That 20 cents for the buying and selling broker fees. After that Showing B.E.S price, It's pure profit.
