I have seen payrolls of many privet hospitals . most of doctors get more than 10mn salary per month.
thease days better to become doc in srilanka rather than doing big business.

all issues due to no privet medical universitys.

but very sad story to engineers and softwere engineers and accountants.
i know engineers who getting paid less than 15000 lkr per month and accountants paid less than 5000lkr per month

It depends on the person. Even when there are soft.engineers and engineers who earn 20X than a doctor.

Nah. "successful enterprenuer" will earn more than 5 times a doc. And 10 Mn isn't the average monthly earning of a doctor. It's like 1 Mn - 2 Mn if you are talking about AVERAGE.

its not a blame . they are secreatly stealing peoples money by raising fees from lac of doctor demand.
there should be rules that at least doc should diagnose a patient 20minutes. now what happen is 1 patient 2 minutes 1000 LKR. they give wrong meds all time. also when writing prescription they will try to write a way that no one can understand but only friendly phamacist.

Thease fuckers are sucking blood of innocent. 1000 PMCs should be there to cater doctor demand

Actually it's not easy to be a doctor in srilanka. And the one who becomes a doctor after that damn hard work , he will be kinda jealous about having more in the same industry as it will decrease the demand. However srilankan doctors are the best (This system's output is far better than other counties)

But also i think there may private universities for medical , but it must be in the same quality like gov universities or that will destroy the quality of a "doctor".

Srilanka have lowest quality doctors amoung world . most of there diagnoses are wrong.
srilankans will dont know since they are stupid. SL doc will face big difficultys when they work in austrailia since due to huge legal claims due to quality service . thats y doctors do not migrate SL

Local MBBS guys are very low quality.
