This is one of the most complicated question you asked . But i can help you . If you understand follow it, otherwise leave it. Prior to this you have to learn 90% of basics. Basically most of sri lankan fund managers/investment adviSORS dont use it. I practices these things by attending workshops in Dubai. Once i visited sri lanka , meet me. This is only 1/5000 , to prove the value, you have to use 32 techniques. Those things are very secrets. No one will teach you it easily. Because this worth billions. Central bank has published 21 companies , but with in one day, they have removed the list . But they agree 21 companies have liquidity issues. Even so many news articles were published . Personally i will not mention the companies . I believe its not ethical. So many friends are working there. Some of you hold shares . Better you do home works.
