Don't talk nonsense .this NTB share is compared with other peers by way of P/E and PBV and then you will understand at 65/= it is fairly valued.

I DIDBT PROMOTE AEL .READ POSTS CAREFULLY WITHOUT ANY HASSLE. AEL HAS POTENTIAL WITH COBSTRUCTION UPSURGE BECAUSE GOVERNMENT NEEDS TO CONSTRUCTION GOING DUE TO FOREIGN CURRENCY PROBLEM AND Improvement of new tourist culture - port city and colombo casino area .SO AEL is speculative but it is in S&P 20 index .future potential is good .Now value is not even 16/= according to current results.
But stock market is going for future earnings and potential .
AEL DROPPED TO 11 NOW 18 /= HOW MUCH RETURN .ONE OF THE MOST
You can't find the intrinsic value of construction company from past and present results .
Today night i ll post how to value construction company
It is totally different from other industries due to its nature.

NTB-
If you want do your own analysis on banking sector ratios .I have done 30 odd ratios NTB is trailing most of them unfortunately it is also my bank.

NTB will go the same path of COMB,HNB,LOLC and RCL,after foreign sell is absorbed the way forward is very clear.

With the positive market momentum NTB can have upward but I talked about fundamental fundamental wise anyone would say NTB has lower rank than SAMP ,COMB , HNB and NDB .
I posted about AEL at 14 .now see .the percentage gain .
And RCL at 65 .
No matter which year joined if he misled innocent people

Access went up from 15 to 19.30 last month .
Where is NTB ?
I watched Chathura posts and nothing wrong them .and lot of fundamental analysis he also told East terminal sale and repercussion ...

NTB has not moved enough after COVID.
But, it will not be the best investment in banking industry.

My suggestion is NDB & DFCC will be better as an investment.

Further, PLC is better at current price than NTB.

for me NDB is good compare to NTB

yes like Eranx Dividend is not much good!

Guys you know NTB has small risk minimum public holding issue for JKH? If JKH will plan to sell then price can be drop around 50...???
