In my opinion the WHO should publicly recognise the Sri lankan govt and present an award to the President for successfully controlling the covid19 outbreak with an insignificant number of just 11 deaths. Sri Lanka should be recognized by the WHO as a model nation for controlling the pandemic.

Sri lanka can attract high spending tourists who have the added benefit of health security in addition to holidaying in a beautiful destination. For safety they can be quarantined in luxury beach or up country resorts where the country will be safe and at the same time they enjoy a luxury holiday with certain restrictions.
