Excellent & should be done on August 6 on an emergency basis. No delay. By PPP Did you mean Public Private Partnership ? What did you have in mind.

 Yes new government will go for PPP entities rather than Privatising or keeing loss making entities with the government and i see that as a great idea 

State banks - state Logistics including Sri Lankan Airlines and CTB  and railway should be driven as PPP new entities even the banks - only schools and health should remain with total government responsibility 

Look at this - i see this is a first step thay have taken
