Govt's policy statement outlines the plans of the govt that will benefit the economic growth of a nation. This can include incentives that can boost confidence of investors and encourage FDIs which can be beneficial to CSE.
You can certainly expect good news!

Market response has been positive on pending policy statement to be made by President on the 20th. The trend is expected to gain momentum!

The policy speech could be good for some sectors and be bad for some sectors. Don't buy before the policy statement.
Once the speech is delivered understand it and select stocks to buy.
