Did you notice that Chamenex will post additional 200MN gain in Q2 from disposal of its holding in CIC Agri Business on 10th August 2020.
https://cdn.cse.lk/cmt/announcement_portal_prod/Corporate%20Disclosure%20-%20Chemanex%20PLC_7839444437939022.pdf

These shares are recorded at 0 Value in their books. Please refer note 22 in page 77 in their Annual report for 2019/20. https://cdn.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/492_1559561659092.pdf

NAV value was 115 this sale will increase NAV by another Rs. 13/= to 128?there are no other significant items.

This share should appreciate considerable once the Q2 report is out, better to start collecting now. They did a share buy back at 63/= some time back.

What was the 188MN investment in Q1 ?  making it a negative cash flow. Isn't it almost nullify it (depends on how they mark that investment in their book) ?

Forget bad days !! Now, market is ready to run with a uptrend !!

We have different different choices, we saw last financials. As per the my studies, I can point out following shares which will give you a good return with real reasons and based on current market prices and future potential.

DIPD ELPL EXPO TKYO
HAYC TPL CIND
BPPL KVPL PARQ

PARQ should try to buy below Rs.67.. The best opportunity are seen with DIPD, HAYC & ELPL + TKYO considering new entrants avg cost.

I have DIPD and try to collect more !! It will give you a superb return. My 1 week target is to exceed Rs.400. 20% return..

Even though I did not mention RCL, it is one of my favorite. But, I have limited Cash and try to keep full of DIPD. To diversified investment, look TKYO, bcz Gvt is going to start 100,000Kms road development programme specially village roads. They demand more & more cements for concrete. TKYO production capacity increases supply the demand and record Rs.18 to Rs.19 EPS for 2020/21 FY (My prediction is Rs.18.60). They have great strength with good cash position. The government will not allow to import cement for next 2, 3 yrs for local constructions.

Yes, as per the my studies, there are minimum 20% gain from all stocks in next 2 months.

Highly believe DIPD, TKYO and ELPL.

DIPD +500 (Est EPS for 2020/21 >Rs.90)
TKYO-X +70 (Est EPS for 2020/21 >Rs.18)
ELPL +57 (Est EPS for 2020/21 >Rs.10)

Others are good shares specially HAYC... (Est EPS for 2020/21 >Rs.105)

I prioritize future business potential and present management actions to capture that. That's why I mostly like DIPD & TKYO. They have competitive advantages others in same field and other industries can not achieve.

DIPD has great time in American region. If you have seen RCL progress, DIPD has this growth opportunity to record from current status (Q2) in addition to their product diversification and innovative products as well as capacity expansions !!

Always try to collect at bottom prices !!

SAMP report(today) and current high RSI indicate that there should be a market correction. I think it will come near 118-119 before getting started again. I am planing to buy around 120.. Plz correct me if I am wrong.

CIND investors can dispose it and enter new one ... I expect CIND will settled around Rs.100

This has good future and this is a good share I mostly like as well as real valuable share. Rs.130 future price will be targeted in future by financial year end. But, need at least 4 weeks to raise again from Rs.100. Therefore, better to go away and come back..

I think it’s the time to buy TKYO

Few months back CIND was around 50 and TKYO 60
CIND reached 115 and TKYO still 63/64

Both shares will benefit from new government projects

Yes Subash, Totally agree as per my expectation also.

In manufacturing sector, TKYO will be the super at current market price is worth.. I definitely know, TKYO N will pass Rs.100 & TKYO X Rs.90 in future .. They will show colours in next rally. They have an estimation on their business and are investing more than Rs.2Bn for future growth!!
They will show their performance continuously !!
