When will be the first day for Softlogic (6 or 7 or Cool

? and what will happen given the current trend of the market?

According to my perception IPO value is too much. That means Rs.29 X 129Mn.

So we can't expect a remarkable price performance. But it may be good at all.

Most probably it will come down below the IPO price level within 2-3 days after commencing due to the large quantity of shares.

My prediction only about the first day closing.

I expect the price to go below the IPO issue price as the market is in a downward trend because of the forced selling and there will be less demand for the share. Also if the brokers restrict the buying power this will be another factor for the reduced demand. Investors who bought shares at the private placement might cash in. Also look at the last few IPO's they are trading below IPO issue price.

Any idea about the exact date of the commencement of trading?? Some say its tomorrow, some say day after tommorow and others say on the 11th.. But whn exactly??

Considering the performance of FLCH and EXPOLANKA I have doubts about the performance of SOFTLOGIC. Mind you UNION BANK was trading below IPO price today.

However want to closely monitor the performance of VONE.

dont lose money by jumping in to ipo trades in the first day. they might come down in the next day

My advice to guys who got SOFTLOGIC IPO shares to dispose them at whatever price above IPO price.. before those private placement guys start making a move

Those who are planning to buy on the 1st day, PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH as the price will go down well below IPO price

Fully agreed! Looking at the performance of VONE, the SOFTLOGIC IPO will be a disaster with these negative market conditions. The rumor "Asian Alliance acquisition by Softlogic" will not rectify the situation.

So sell as soon as possible when trading starts on monday. Hope there won't be a system crash like today when lot of people experienced it with DirectFN, CDAX.etc....
