Yes nothing to worry. 4million is a drop in the bucket for the Yaseen family.
RIL value will rise again with the upcoming financials helped by UML.

Yaseen Family own the Company. They hold around 580Mn shares out of total 800Mn.

Controlling shareholders not going to sell share bcz share price high/low or to purchase from bottom.

Yes.. UML has a good opportunity now.. Their DFSK vehicles has a huge demand these days.. specially DFSK 580SUV. Since other importers cant import vehicle in to the country, UML get this advantage through their assembling business.. which is high profitable.. and government supports.. so.., as you pointed out we can see supperb financials in coming quarters.. Also keep in mind UML is a very good dividend paying company when they are getting profits.. good for 51% owned RIL too..

It is a valid point.

UML expected do well with their Assembly Operation which in place now where other Competitors still working on approval and initial set up. So if anyone going to open assemble plant they will take at least one year.

In terms of RIL, with Covid, Work-From-Home they may get less demand for their office rental property.

However with Interest rate at 7%, Land prices will be appreciated significantly over next few year.

So Overall, RIL will have good subsidiary with better performance, Stagnate Rental Income, Significant Property Revaluation gain in income statement.

Still a good deal.
