One of the main shareholders sells

During the last quarter, Senthilverl Holdings (Pvt) Ltd, the holding company of prominent investor Dr. Thirugnanasambandar Senthilverl and the second last shareholder of SDB, reduced its stake in SDB from 12,35 % to 9,49 %.

This can be seen in the last two quarterly statements:

June quarter:
https://cdn.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/1182_1596615126445.pdf
September quarter:
https://cdn.cse.lk/cmt/upload_report_file/1182_1603079084720.pdf

Senthilverl is clearly not convinced about the future prospects of SDB and he certainly knows better companies to invest in. So be cautious with buying SDB.

Nigesh you are a real cheater. I saw the  other post on DIPD. I don't know  to whom you are working but don't earn dirty money. One day you will have to pay 1000 times more for medicines. In this forum share only the truth. Read all other members who share posts with good researched reports. Don't mislead people.  Shocked Shocked Shocked

Main shareholders will have an opportunity to increase the holding % after right Issue take place. Therefore, will have more traction to the share price towards end Nov.

All other top 20 shareholders have increased their stake other than Dr Senthilverl, Which I see as a good sign
