The Government said the project did not proceed as planned due to financial problems in the company that awarded the contract for the design, construction and financing of the project and the contract was terminated. 

National competitive bidding was called for the completion of the remaining work of this priority project and Access was selected for the work.

  Watch out in the very near future this will move above 28. I am pretty sure ACCESS  has the value to appreciate the share. Giant in the local construction industry.

I do not hold AEL anymore.

For the ones who are holding i still consider this has a very good share and earnings will definitely improve next quarter and quarter on quarter.

The share price will go up but i think it will go up when manipulators want it to. That is why i am out of AEL.

Mithooshan I read your post but don't  worry as our member KavinduTM's prediction I too agree with him. Please do not sell this fundamentally strong GEM before mid October. This should show it potential because no one can push this down so long. So be positive I am holding this too. As my prediction this should pass 28+ before the end of this month. But do your own analysis. GL
