What i meant here is that the buyers have better knowledge of the industry and may know what's in the pipeline for AEL which could brighten the future prospects of AEL.@samaritan wrote:Could be. Nanayakkara's (owners of a construction company) buying into AEL is similar to Hiran Cooray buying Keells Hotels shares. So, doesn't this convey a message? Food for thought!@High-flyer wrote:@samaritan wrote:NDB Wealth bought the bulk quantity on behalf of a client who is in the construction industry.@Warren samarawickrama wrote:This was the fist impression for me as well, But see there is a new name in the list "Nanayakkara" Quantity nearly match to article. Looks like NDB may bought on behalf of a client/s. Correct me if i am wrong.@High-flyer wrote:Seems NDB has Sold its holding.
They purchased 24.6Mn + 18.3 Mn around 21.50.
Cant see them in Q2 Report.
"NDB Wealth has stepped up buying into Access Engineering PLC on behalf of its clients on value"
As of 30 June,
J Gomez had 30Mn and Tundra had 18Mn that is total of 48Mn.
As of 30 Sep,
Mr & Mrs Nanayakkara has 36Mn.
Hope balance 12Mn is still with some Institution. 12Mn into Retailer Investors is bit too much.
Good Luck & Good Bye!
