Port city mega project and no clue many more to come as it is more aggressive now 2. Air port opening for tourism which is favorable for tourism 3. Vaccines also about to come which is fuel up the mkt 4. I think people get used to covid and they are living with it , work as usual ( I do not think there would be a significant impact on mkt even there are covid cases ) 5. Low interest rates would attract more investors are and happy to see there are many young investors. In a months to come hope BIL will not be a penny anymore and those who enter below 10 would be the winners for sure .
