Over the last two trading days it has drawn significant interest from investors as the counter witnessed nearly 3 million shares traded between a low of 19 and an high of 21/20. I presume the Company holds a promising future with an NAV of 30/= as at end of 30th Sept'20.
(the last two quarters it had reported marginal losses as per reports)

Some details in brief of the diversified conglomerate 'Ambeon Holdings':

The subsidiaries of Ambeon Holdings PLC will include Taprobane Capital Plus (Pvt.) Ltd. (a leading financial services provider with a wealth of experience in capital markets in Sri Lanka), South Asia Textiles Industries Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd., (a leading manufacturer of exceptional quality weft knitted fabric for leading global brands), Dankotuwa Porcelain PLC and Royal Fernwood Porcelain Ltd., (world renowned manufacturers of porcelain tableware), Ceylon Leather Products Ltd (manufacturer of leather footwear and accessories, popularly known as DI), MillenniumIT ESP  (Sri Lanka’s leading information systems solutions providers delivering IT solutions for many industries) and Colombo City Holdings PLC (a property management company actively engaged in the real estate market).

The most recent acquisition of MillenniumIT ESP is part of the Group’s Vison 2020 strategy designed to deliver strong global growth. This acquisition is expected to boost the Groups’ effort to revamp and rebuild a sustainable future-oriented conglomerate geared to take on the technology-oriented business opportunities available in global markets.

As you will know this is an illiquid share and the strength is its book value of 1800/=.
eps for 6 months ending Sept'20 doesn't look impressive. I am not quite sure about future prospects.

GREG's other export oriented subsidiaries and the IT related subsidiary are expected to perform well.

Greg's management is very good, other than that I don't see any positives, specially due to covid. Textile, DPL , finance services and leather all badly hit, Even MIT ESP as it a enterprise for Sri Lankan companies I dont see any improved potential. But I believe after 2025 this could become leading diversified company in SL
