RIL  property PLC is the business of Develop and manage Grade ‘‘A’’ commercial office space in selected core markets in the Colombo Business District (CBD) whilst offering multi-faceted real estate solutions including facilities management, leasing, land acquisition, construction management services, consulting and strategic investment.
Further RIL own 100% stake in Bread Talk and 51% on United Motors Lanka PLC. UML’s locally assembling and marketing of f DFSK and Z100 vehicles which have good demand.  
Financial
6 months EPS   = Rs. 0.38 (Q2 EPS – Rs. 0.40)
Estimated (Pessimistic)
EPS 20/21e     =  Rs.1.08
PE                     =  7.7X
Net asset value per share:  Rs.22.42
PBV        = 0.37
RIL property estimated target price of 12.20 in the short to medium term.
(Sector PE 62.54x , Market PE – 11.30x  and Sector PBV – 0.83)

Be a market makers than be a market takers or followers. RIL going to be a another star based on its earning expectation and net asset per share. Get the first mover advantage at these levels
