Agree, EXPO might be the best company in 2021, That's what day by day foreign purchase are increase, This price was drop due to panic sellers. Still they are panic, Next to Hayleys,, EXPO is the most valuable company on the index

Hi all,

I do not WORRY about DAY TRADERS or SWING TRADERS. I analyze the Medium Term EARNING CURVE ONLY.

For me, EXPO and DIPD are two EQUAL HIGH VALUED DIAMONDS in CSE if you compare any other stock in the market.

I have 7 CORE REASONS to JUSTIFY

1)EXPO and DIPD will record the HISTORY BEST EARNINGS in 3Q ending December 2020.for DIPD, BUSINESS shift due to GEO POLITICAL TENTION between US/CHINA, TOP GLOVE (MALAYSIAN COMPANY) converted ORDERS and PRODUCT DIVERSIFICATIONS apart from NITRILE GLOVES to CONTRIBUTE MASSIVELY for NET PROFIT. The best part is ORDERS are CONFIRMED for 2 YEARS for DIPD. For EXPO,Global Market EXPANSIONS, Product DIVERSIFICATION, New Customers, a possible VACCINE DISTRIBUTION in one of a largest South Asian country

2) Both EXPO and DIPD will surely DELIVER SUPER NORMAL RETURNS than any other company in the market recording HISTORICAL HIGHEST EARNINGS AND GROWTH % by Mid FEBRUARY [3Q21] and QUARTERS to come.

3) Both EXPO and DIPD are FOCUSSED on EXPORT ORIENTED BUSINESS which may not HAMPER with any new Government policy as the country now desperately needs EXPORT EARNINGS
Dollar depreciation is also benefits both.

4) Both EXPO and DIPD are GLOBAL PLAYERS marketing its services in many countries where the AVENUES TO GROW is ENDLESS not like catering to LOCAL MARKET ONLY.

5) Both EXPO and DIPD have highly DIVERSIFIED production/service offices not only in Sri Lanka which minimize any adverse impact due to any C19 wave in Sri Lanka. Hence, supply chain disruption risk is minimal.

6) Both EXPO and DIPD are below 7 PE multiples.

7) Both EXPO and DIPD are AGILE to EXPLOIT ANY NEW MARKET OPPORTUNITIES far BETTER than COMPETITION which they have PROVEN 1H20.

Therefore, based on above factors together with MACRO FUNDAMENTALS and STRONG FUTURE GROWTH POTENTIAL, I have a STRONG CONFIFDENCE to allocate 80% ~ 85% of my portfolio with EXPO and DIPD

Good Luck

Very Good 'Write Up' of the comparison on both EXPO & DIPD, although I am an ardent follower of Hayleys Group, and other major blue chips which of course includes DIPD, EXPO is food for thought, I have bought a few thousands of EXPO, after doing a thorough research on their performance for last 2 years, think I will now start concentrating on EXPO, and feel that EXPO has maintained good macro fundamentals which has excellent future growth potential.
Please note that this is not a BUY or SELL suggestion, do your own research

These two companies should be valued based on their business potential. Both have great future. Good investors friendly stocks. When compare to LOLC & JKH & other group, investments in EXPO & DIPD are better with its growth, business potential, dividend policy, expansion across the world, industry, product & service demand, future opportunities, macro factors etc..

Compare to present stock prices in CSE, Both EXPO & DIPD is worth upto PE9
. Most beneficial thing is EXPO & DIPD have opportunity to increase EPS with the time. They should manage these opportunities well. Expansions are ongoing. The results will be delivered in upcoming quarters. Therefore, high probability to increase the share prices continuously. I have forecasted that DIPD will exceed Rs.50 EPS per quarter in early 2021/22 FY.
