Most of top FLCH shareholders are however related entities such as Free Lanka Capital, Browns Investments, Perpetual Holdings, LOLC, Lexington Holdings,Thurston Investments, Perpetual Capital, etc.

There are no unit trusts and no foreign institutional investors in Top 20 shareholders.

Next Ventures and Bartleet Finance were in Top 10 shareholders even when FLCH listed (page 16 of prospectus), they probably got shares at Rs 4-70 during private placement in December 2010.
