Even I didn't expect this RIGHTS announcement .., I also bought some SEMB because of this Bullish market SEMB is the lowest price

Anyhow SEMB @0.35Cts 5:1 Ratio not bad

Nonvoting shares are not participating in these Rights so X

DR Senthilvel not buying these Rights if he bought then his stake goes over 30% then he needs to issue a mandatory offer

#So the second game will happen with this after rights

Now there will be lot of opportunits to create panic among shareholders and collect at low. There is no reason to panic this will never go to zero or even to 0.5.

again and again don't follow cheap promotions, now, they plan to exit before you exit here. SEMB so many times issued rights, convert warrants in to shares. so many shares now available, as well as no significant earnings. RI is problem further SEMB. i remember, when announced in EARLIER right issue, market price traded bellow Right issue price.
we cant imagination this situation what happened.
RI mainly hit to X also than N. when N, is came down, automatically X also definitely came down. these day, SEMB N PRICES INCREASED too much than X and have huge gap within N and X. That's thing, Before they made RI, FEW OF THEM semb N PUMP to Rs.1.40 level. because of, they tried made environment do RI FOR semb N. BE CAREFUL.. PEOPLE, again and again don't do same mistake. protect your money. and your investment stuck in for long period with huge losses. today also, i saw few of them again justify SEMB. be carefull from them, they laso runaway asap.
before 2 weeks ago, so many peoples told how riskier of SEMB.

People who are spreading fear around are the ones who is going to buy this at cheap.

Once upon a time similar thing was done to the LGL those cowards told LGL will go to 10cents due to their earnings. Now see where LGL is?

Don't fall in to these people who spread fear around and those who are promoting shares everywhere.

Think rationally take your own decisions.

Exactly .. ( but don't take this "Exactly" as buy recommendation.)

But in my opinion, no need to panic to sell at low if you have it.

No Need to panic if you have NonVoting shares X

If you have SEMB.N sell with a small loss but if you sell then buy again at low..

it can go a bit low on Monday because of the Panic then come back again with the full of buy.

anyhow with the midterm target whoever buys Rights or buy at low, they will win.

Definitely, SEMB will give the trading opportunity on Monday. Whoever buys at low they can sell with small margin same-day.

No dearr, I dont have any Semb, normally I dont buy these shares.
If I buy its only for a day trade.
I am against of people spreading panic andand trying rob money from others.
Even I was strongly protesting against those who spread panic in the mkt in last May June including quibit.

Seems like tomorrow it will trade next level of the bottom and turn back

after a few days or a week later if the market possible SEMB.N will be settled @1/= level X will settle @0.40cts or 0.50Cts level

but tomorrow we can expect some trading at low-level
