@wealth123,

1st, sorry to say,
you explained above you got information regarding biscuit manufacture few weeks ago. you too late.. post here. here people have lot of times to collect this if you notify earlier. i believe , you and team collect shares last few day more, if your information true. anyway,

better to update here your source link to see others. because of, most of people lost huge hard money engaged with rallies.

I also saw this biscuit factory news somewhere last month.
Guys, one thing... don’t buy shares for news which will become reality in 2-3yrs time!!! Some of you may not even be investing in stock market at that time 😀 biscuit factory if at all it happens will show income in 2023/24 years... why should anyone rush to buy a company now? 😂 these are well established companies... look at their current and immediate future performance unless you want to hold a share for 5yrs hoping the income from biscuits will give you a massive gain! In the meantime you will have a massive opportunity cost which will negate your 5yr earning plan.
Just think logically.

Read my comment first, How many years will it take to start operations in a big factory complex ?
This is not like BILL,
Factory construction will start in few months, But it will take 2 Years to start the operations.
Simple

😀 great then you can buy shares and wait for factory to open and expect a big jump in company revenue and share price

Maybe you don’t have experience in Fmcg market. I have 20+yrs experience and just sharing my knowledge. It’s upto anyone reading our comments to either believe us or not. Read below carefully...

Setting up a biscuit factory is the first step. Finding business and customers require a lot of time. 40% biscuits to local market how many years will it take to grab some market share from maliban and munchee? Even the Indian giant Britannia failed in Sri Lanka.
60% biscuits for exports... are the buyers secured.. what will be the demand from consumers to buy a new brand?
Do you know the maliban and munchee biscuits in Middle East hypermarkets are lying in the bottom shelves with no one buying.
It’s one thing to build a factory... it’s another thing to build brand loyalty and sell the biscuits.
Cheers!

without knowing much details about this biscuit factory it’s better not to jump to companies and buy shares. There are lots of unknowns... are they going to have their own branded biscuits, or are they going to manufacture biscuits for an already established other company, how did they arrive at a 24% ROI and how long they expect it to take to achieve that, are they going to produce the whole gamut of biscuit variants, which countries are they going to export to, it’s unlikely they will have foreign buyers now even prior to building a factory, foreign market demand for Sri Lankan biscuits is very very low... so how do they plan on achieving the 60% exports, what’s the production capacity etc etc. without knowing anything we should not promote this as a money spinner for VONE.
Taking a buy/sell decision on VONE for their existing businesses and based on financials and valuations is fine.
Hope you understood @wealth123
