The long-awaited announcement came with a surprise.

99% of the CLC stake is now owned by the LOCH .

Whatever the future acquisitions come under CLC .

Some brokers try to collect CLC under the transfer price 78.50 which is a bonus.

Panic is with the LOFC counter cannot be related to CLC .

Expecting three more announcements from CLC in next few weeks ..... !

Yes , Thats true .

CLC will be the strongest entity within the LOCH .

Most of the local acquisitions and most of the overseas acquisitions will come under CLC due to the 99% ownership of the parent.

It is hilarious to see CLC trading below the transfer price as some retailers are under impression that LOFC counter has some relationship with CLC counter which is not the case.

Impact on LOFC price will likely have an impact on CLC as well. More to do with investor confidence on LOLC group shares.

the news is CulpriT brokering firm is dumping LOFC .

as correctly told by ForeigNer in one of his previous posts LOFC's plans are in year 2022 not in this year .

CulpriT broker made billions of rupees with the fake LOFC rally now started dumping with the announcement. Poor retailers ...!!!!

Also, some retailers are in a misconception that LOFC price has some effect on CLC price and that's the reason for CLC price drop.

Brokers expect a NIFl and a ( huge) CLC rally from next week onwards.

I think the share price will slowly adjust to a price supported by fundamentals. It appears like the parent company is transferring the shares to a subsidiary. It is like a re-structuring. They only disclosed transfer of shares held by LOLC Holdings PLC. LOLC Private Limited owns about 49.81%. LOLC Private Limited is a private company so requirements might be different.

Also in initial road map they wanted to transfer only 45% + stake of CLC to LOCH.but now they have doubled it to 98%.it seems change of initial plan of percentages.interesting

My feeling is it will go up since LOLC is the main owner still.if you go by the share % of it .but the question is why they transfered the entire their stake in CLC? and y they revised the transfer %

SAGA, if you go to the "cash flow detail quote" on DFN for LOFC, it shows the buy volume as 4,151,997 whereas sell as 2,947,723, inspite today's traded volume read as 91M. But if you check for CLC it clearly tallys with today's volume. something unusual neh.

Yp Hope123.its so interesting.when I got the call from my broker on Wednesday he asked me to sell both CLC and LOFC since I'm holding both.but I didn't sell any.when I analyse the situation today its much more worthy to hold LOFC than CLC.this is my personal opinion.

Yes SAGA, when you look at the Cash flow Map, it's too gives positive signals, hinting the demand is still in tact. I am too holding both and lets see what will happen in the next couple of days ahead.

LOFC,CLC & NIFL have been-transferred at the market prices.
LOLC Ceylon net asset is set at these market prices and if LOFC, CLC prices go down nobody will subscribe to LOLC Ceylon IPO with low valued assets as they can buy subsidiary shares at low prices at the mkt. yours opinion?

Freind, you have misunderstood the whole thing. No change in plans . Thats why CLC is the strongest of them all .
