service oriented  company net assets might be low..because of  servers are hosting in cloud etc..That  argument  is valid.


But  Earning wise look Annualize EPS will be  0.28

P/E Ratio=45


Market P/E ratio=13



can grant maximum value Rs 8-9..

0.316 >0.09 So they can't achieve Highest EPS

Market P/E= 14* 0.30 =value rs 4.2

Sector P/E 7 *0.30= Rs 2.1

Highest sector 0.95 *7 =Rs 6.65

Net Asset Rs 4


HIGHLY HIGHLY OVER VALE

Assume that a company declared dividends ...LKR 100 in 2020 November....the current value ( in November 2021) of that dividends at a rate of 12% is 100*(1+12/100)^1=112....assume that the current net asset per share is 10. Hadn’t they declared the dividends , the current nav would be 10+112=122.....people think about this in terms of ROE as well..

All the above arguments are valid in a way ....

My biggest concern is share split 1:110 (in August 2021) immediate prior to the IPO

A few months before the share split it issued some shares (=244.8/110 = 2.23) and technically costs at Rs. 2.23 per share. Why IPO subscribers should pay Rs. 12.50 per share??
