Have to agree with you as somebody is preventing it to go above Rs66/- by looking at the Sell order of 123k which was never the case last few months. As you mentioned CLC is waiting for something....
What I understand after carefully looking at the trading pattern , the main purpose of this sell order is not to drag the price down but just not to cross it above Rs66/-...
