Anybody use Assetline online trading facility , since last week I coud not login to their system, I already sent emails to their authorities but no reply at all. Last January also similar situation occurred but they never respond to the customers. I had very bad experience with them. No customer care at all. Please share your ideas of the same.

Do not adhere to one firm always keep touch with two or three firm...make a complain ...if they do not respond call to director...further no progress..TFR your shares to any other firm...that is..is is your hard earn money and they cannot have fun with that..even do not let them to do it. Be tough...always tough,,

I have an account with them & had no problem todate.

I think you better contact your adviser first & try to sort out the issue first.
