But I saw on some of the posting that u were saying after 20th you cannt expect any price hike meaning u have some understanding on LOFC.so don't ask me again on what's happening.its a wastage of time

Dear friends when amalgamation is made company's Net asset value per share will be Rs.2.8 and future EPS will be decimals because no. of shares of the group will be above 33 billion it will be very difficult to make good EPS under the current market environment. in the actual scenario, the market price should go down unless manipulation happens.

Friends . be vigilant when you get the opportunity. Exit LOFC and enter for a valuable share without encouraging manipulation. otherwise, you have to wait a long period.

Not really sure what you're trying to say here, because It's an amalgamation and not a merger. Amalgamation usually result in increase in shareholder value, because all assest and finances are brought into one in exchange for fair value share transfer to investors. And which groups no. of shares are you referring to? Please don't start spreading inaccurate claims here without even knowing the final decision. Kindly go back to your SCAP deals which I see you are very vocal member of! 

Any money put into a stock market is an investment.. means it can go up, it can go down. You can make money, or you can loose money.. you might have to keep the money short term, or even years, all depends on your actions.
