no point signing pettion against them because this transaction was authorised by SEC who is the culprit of this . How can they authorize exchange to happene at MP for the companies that has not even maintained minimum public requirement. As per my knowledge one comapny of LOLC group had larger shares in one of companies in previous amalgamation but they sold at higher price and never disclosed . SEC is very responsible for this
