Freinds,look deeply about CIFL IPO, because I personally know that its being run by a bunch of crooks. I deposited money in CIFL and when the maturuty date came still I didnt get my money. And also I have filed a court case against them to get my money.

They have avoided a private placement because all HNWI are aware of the fishy business going on there therefore they are unable to have a private placement.

Note_ THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I AM POSTING THIS FOR SOME REASON MY FIRST POST YESTERDAY HAS BEEN DELETED FEW HOURS AFTER PUBLICATION

hmmmmm,so brother what is the court case number?i think they give you a number relate to the case..

Yep one of my friend too has that bad experience due to their unreasonable, and the bad procedures. In my context also there is a bad reputation regarding CIFL.

seems CBSL should take a step regarding this,i ddnt go through the prospectus yet,but if they did window dressings then things not going to be catch,btw seems CIFL already lost their reputation,which is a must to attract deposits. Evil or Very Mad

they were pretty firm before the crisis, but they lost it because of defaults on the monies lent by them, and this was defaulted by another conglomerate, which we really think big of...

however, it's an IPO.... I guess one could make a small profit by selling off the stocks in the 1st trading day itself... i personally dont think it's a good counter to hold considering the current market conditions... MY VIEW...

as i see many new comers with less posts(useless odd posts) are contributors to CIFL scenarios..,some are protecting and some are criticize.. scratch

agree that this is not a good financial institution and they have issues.

Not only u every one has enough and more work. I dont have to wear anyones hat. At the same time, no one has the right to bring down anyone. Stock market is a place anyone can be proven right with a logical argument. Further if ur comparing the number of posts its utter childish. Its obvious because, u will have more posts since u joined way back. Good luck to u too.

Yes true enough see the quality and not the number. Then why did u show ur number of post as only 300 could be seen and etc. And more than anything if ur quality is to bring someone down, i dont know what type of a quality that it is!

Yes It seems that CIFL is run by some crook businessman. Owners have some court cases if you searched in google you would find it.I think they try to fool general public and earn money. we should avoid this IPO and inform retailers.
